When you login with your secure access details of your website, you will see a ONLINE HELP in the corner of each editable module on the page.  When you click on this, it will pop-up a new window that will outline the Help available for that module.

We are in the process of completing a set of Online Tutorials for late 2008, which are short video clips that talk you through 'how to use each module' in your business website.  Links to these tutorials will appear on your support page when you login.

IMAGES: Whilst youmay have some good pictures to upload, unless you convert them to low resolution, the visitors to your website will go to your competitors, because your website will be too slow (while it attempts to download your large images).  Therefore, choose 72 dpi (dots per inch) and choose a width of say 250 pixels for your main pictures and 100 pixels for smal thumbnail images.  Choose .jpg extension option, for a smooth appearance, or .gif for a faster download (which could produce a lower quality image).
TEXT: Use a programme like Notepad to remove any unwanted formatting (from sources like Word or Web Pages), before you paste it into the online Word Processor.
FORMATTING: Use the 'Heading 1' & 'Heading 2' etc... menus to enhance your web page, to give consistancy across your website (it will also make the page slightly faster too).  If you take advantage of our Advanced Tutorials, you can utilise the CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) option to be able to update ALL 'Heading 1' to a new font, colour or size in one action.
